With over 40 years of experience in the medical aesthetics field, specializing in dermatology and plastic surgery, I have spent my career helping people look and feel their best from the outside in. Over time, I realized that true, lasting vitality comes from within — through balanced nutrition, optimal digestion, and lifestyle practices that support the whole body.

As a Nutritional Therapy and Restorative Health Practitioner I combine my extensive background in aesthetics with the science of nutrition to guide clients toward restoring balance in their health.  My own journey as a woman navigating the challenges of menopause has deepened my passion for empowering others to find solutions that truly support their energy, hormones, skin, weight, and overall well-being.

The gut plays a central role in our health and vitality it is the foundation for proper digestion, nutrient absorption, immune strength, hormone balance, and even mood. When the gut is out of balance, it can show up in unexpected ways: fatigue, skin issues, stubborn weight, joint pain, or brain fog. Supporting gut health is often the missing key that helps the whole-body function better, which is why it is at the heart of my work with clients.

I believe that health is not about perfection but about giving your body what it needs to thrive. By blending decades of clinical experience with compassionate, personalized guidance, I help my clients cut through the noise of misinformation and create practical, sustainable changes that make a real difference in how they look, feel, and age.

GI Map and MRT Testing To Unlock Your Digestive Health

GI Map (Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus) testing and MRT (Mediator Release Test) are diagnostic tools used to assess gut health and food sensitivities.

GI Map Testing:

- Purpose: It analyzes the gut microbiome by testing stool samples for various microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites.
